C63000 Nickel Aluminum Bronze AMS 4640 Solid, Hollow, Plate High strength, used where high mechanical properties are required. Excellent bearing properties, Excellent corrosive resistant properties. Used highly for landing gear bushings.
C63020 Nickel Aluminum Bronze AMS 4590 Solid, Hollow The heat treating process increases the mechanical properties and strength. Used for applications that are heavy load, abrasive wear, and high temperatures.
C64200 Silicon Aluminum Bronze AMS 4631 Solid, Plate The silicon offers a a self lubricity with high mechanical properties. Used in Valve Stems, Gears, Marine and Pole Line hardware.
C67300 Manganese Bronze - Solid, Hollow High strength manganese with good bearing and self lubricity properties. Has a high impact resistance with good machinability.
C86300 Manganese Bronze AMS 4862 Solid, Hollow, Plate Typically supplied as continuous cast and centrifugally cast bars. This material is good in high load bearing applications.
C93700 High Leaded Bronze AMS 4842 Solid, Hollow, Plate Used for high speed and heavy pressure applications where corrosive resistance is necessary.
C95510 Nickel Aluminum Bronze AMS 4880 Solid, Hollow Very popular landing gear bushings material. This alloy is heat treated and exhibits high mechanical strength.
C95520 Nickel Aluminum Bronze AMS 4590 Solid, Hollow Heat treated process improves mechanical strength. It is ideal for heavy loads, abrasive wear, and high temperatures.
C95400 Aluminum Bronze AMS 4871 Solid, Hollow, Plate Most popular aluminum bronze used. Good performance in applications with heavy loads, corrosive resistance, and high strength is required.
