Aluminum Bronze (C95400, also called CDA 954) is a very hard bronze metal with excellent abrasion resistance and maintains its physical properties even at increased temperatures. Some typical applications include heavy equipment parts, custom bearings and bushings, and machine tool parts. This material should be used in a low speed, very high load application. Best when used in conjunction with hardened steel shafts with constant lubrication of grease, graphite, or molybdenum-disulfide.
