C86300 Manganese Bronze Cored Bar

Atlas Bronze offers C86300 Cored Bar Manganese Bronze. C86300 Cored Bar is available as Continuous Cast Bar Stock per ASTM B505, Centrifugal Castings per ASTM B271 and Sand Castings per ASTM B584. The method in which the material is cast will depend on your size, specification and desired quantity.

Manganese bronze is not used in the commercial or consumer market; it is found almost exclusively in the industrial sector. This is because of the durability and toughness of manganese bronze. It is used to make bushings, valve stems, hydraulic cylinder components and propellers. Its primary use in industry means this bronze is typically sold in large amounts, with a standard bar length of 144 inches or 12 feet.
